On Thursday, 24 July 2025, DAMBACH invited employees to this year’s summer celebration under the motto “Garden Party.” There was twice the reason to celebrate: alongside the traditional summer get-together, the company also officially opened its newly redesigned courtyard. Retirees accepted the invitation and used the opportunity to reconnect, while representatives from long-standing software partner IFD also joined and contributed to the lively exchange.
Starting at 4:00 PM, the courtyard was transformed into a welcoming garden setting with atmospheric decorations and a variety of offerings. A generous barbecue buffet with both meat and vegetarian options ensured culinary variety. A cocktail bar and an ice cream truck provided refreshing treats throughout the afternoon. A particular highlight of the Garden Party was the table tennis tournament held on the newly installed outdoor table. Numerous colleagues competed in a relaxed setting, resulting in exciting matches and a cheerful atmosphere. The new table tennis setup will continue to be available for active breaks during the workday. The evening was accompanied by a live band, whose varied program perfectly matched the garden party theme and added to the festive mood. In this relaxed environment, many conversations emerged across departmental boundaries — a great example of the strong sense of community at DAMBACH.
The Garden Party 2025 once again placed the spirit of togetherness at the center and provided the perfect backdrop to celebrate achievements and create fresh momentum.
