Our actions are in line with the applicable legal framework and a responsible basic ethical understanding. These principles are anchored in internationally recognized documents such as the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, the international labour standards of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. The DAMBACH Code of Conduct was developed on this basis. This Code is based on a common understanding of socially responsible corporate governance in line with our values.
