Project Manager

Job Description:

The Project Manager joins a team of respected industry problem solvers that the world’s leading companies rely on to keep their operations running and elevate them to new levels of efficiencies. In this role, the Project Manager is responsible for leading, planning, and implementing approved projects while supporting the business current and strategic objectives. In this position the Project Manager is accountable for delivering all assigned projects on schedule, within budget and with the customer’s expected deliverables. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control from launch to completion.




  • Manage and oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are aligned with organizational strategic goals and priorities
  • Develop and maintain programs, including timelines, budgets, KPI/OKRs, and resource allocation
  • Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate project status, risks and progress
  • Manage program and project resources, including personnel, budgets, and technology
  • Monitor program and project performance and adjust plans and strategies as needed to meet goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors and suppliers.
  • Ability to travel for work, approximately 30% of time.

Required Skills / Qualifications:


  • BS Engineering, Project Management or related field (other degrees will also be considered with pertinent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 year of experience in program management and/or business analysis
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, risk management
  • Strong understanding of engineering concepts
  • Ability to read and understand technical and design drawings/layouts
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications(Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Ability to work effectively in remote environments leveraging video and other collaboration tools
  • Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
