Shuttle Systems

Shuttle systems enable multi-deep pallet storage with high throughput and maximum space utilization. With MULTIFLEX and AXIS², DAMBACH offers two high-performance systems for different application requirements. Both are modular, scalable, and designed for 24/7 operation. Developed and manufactured in Germany, based on over 15 years of shuttle experience.
The COMPACT SHUTTLE has already proven itself hundreds of times in combination with automated storage and retrieval machines. It enables the creation of channel storage systems with storage depths of up to 35 m.

MULTIFLEX System

Mother-Child Shuttle System

DAMBACH’s proven mother-child shuttle system combines three perfectly coordinated modules: CARRIER, COMPACT SHUTTLE, and the LIFT vertical conveyor. Multi-depth storage, high throughput, and a modular design that accommodates even complex building geometries and existing warehouses. Suitable for deep-freeze temperatures down to –30 °C and scalable at a later date.

AXIS² System

2D Pallet Shuttle System

DAMBACH’s fully automated 2D pallet shuttle system combines free movement in two dimensions with a modular software suite for transparent warehouse processes. The AXIS² BOT reliably handles a wide variety of pallet types, while AXIS² CORE maps all warehouse processes, from the warehouse control system to comprehensive warehouse management.

Aisle-Guided Storage and Retrieval Machines

MONO

Optimal use of space thanks to aisle-optimized design and minimal approach dimensions. MONO stacker cranes are designed for high-bay warehouses with high speeds and heights of up to 49 m. The modular design enables a wide range of cost-effective applications.

Curve-Capable Storage and Retrieval Machines

MULTI

Multiple units without fixed aisle assignments, with aisle switching via guide rails and switching mechanisms. MULTI storage and retrieval machines ensure maximum availability through variable aisle assignments. In the event of a unit failure or malfunction, the remaining units take over its tasks without interrupting system operation.

Rack-feeding machines for floor-level delivery

COMPACT

COMPACT stacker cranes utilize existing infrastructure and enable ground-level retrieval without the need for extensive retrofitting. Their lightweight construction, various load-handling attachments, and heights of up to 14 m make them a cost-effective solution for automated pallet warehouses in existing facilities.

MINI Rack Feeder

MINI

DAMBACH MINI storage and retrieval machines handle the fully automated storage and retrieval of containers, cartons, and trays. Their compact design, small footprint, and built-in load-handling attachments ensure maximum throughput with optimal use of space. Payloads up to 300 kg at heights up to 27 m; suitable for use in deep-freeze environments down to –30 °C.
