MONO
Aisle-bound stacker cranes

Aisle-Bound Storage Retrieval Machines
High space utilization thanks to a layout optimized for aisles
Those who need high throughput with optimal use of space in high-bay warehouses rely on the MONO series from DAMBACH. Aisle-optimized design, minimal clearance dimensions, and heights of up to 49 m make the best possible use of available storage space. Depending on load geometry and payload, MONO storage and retrieval machines are available in single- or double-mast configurations. With load capacities up to 6,000 kg, suitability for deep-freeze environments down to –30 °C, and a modular design, this series is a versatile solution for numerous warehouse applications.
Optimized layout for maximum use of space
Minimal space requirements, maximum throughput
Minimal approach dimensions at the end of the aisle and when moving up and down make the best possible use of the available storage space. The bufferless end-of-aisle safety device further reduces the space required.
Depending on performance requirements, MONO storage and retrieval machines are equipped with one, two, or three drives. For very high travel speeds, DAMBACH relies on a form-fit rack-and-pinion drive concept. It enables handling capacities that are otherwise only achieved in automated small-parts warehouses, while at the same time protecting the wheels and guide rails.
Your benefits
with the MONO series
Maximum use of space
The aisle-optimized design and minimal approach dimensions make the most of every available cubic meter of storage space.
High throughput
Flexible drive systems and high travel and acceleration rates ensure consistent throughput even during peak periods.
High availability
The robust design, vibration-dampened mast structure, and continuously adjustable landing gear heads ensure reliable continuous operation.
Modular and retrofittable
The modular design allows for a wide range of cost-effective applications.
Energy-efficient
The DAMBACH energy management system reduces energy consumption during operation without compromising performance.
Custom load-handling devices
Load-handling devices manufactured in-house and custom-designed for each load carrier, ensuring precise transfer and long-term, continuous operation.
Precision even after long-term use
Designed for continuous operation at full load
The carriage heads of MONO stacker cranes are infinitely adjustable and reliably compensate for load-induced deformation. This ensures exceptional positioning accuracy even after prolonged operation and a high number of load cycles.
The vibration-damped and torsionally rigid mast design minimizes settling times between motion sequences. Depending on the load geometry and payload, DAMBACH employs single- or double-mast designs and selects the optimal mast configuration for each specific application. Even units with long reach achieve consistently high accelerations and speeds.
Customized load-handling devices for every load carrier
Precisely engineered, made in Germany
Precise transfers between storage and retrieval machines and load carriers are the foundation of reliable warehouse operations. DAMBACH develops and manufactures all load handling attachments at its facility in Bischweier, Germany. The wide selection makes the MONO series an all-rounder for virtually any load carrier and industry, from frozen food warehouses to paper warehouses.
