Pallet Materials Handling

DAMBACH pallet handling technology integrates stacker cranes, shuttle systems, and the warehouse pre-zone into a seamless material flow. The modular system covers all standard requirements: payloads up to 1,500 kg, temperatures ranging from –30 °C to 40 °C, and throughput rates of up to 300 pallets per hour. All components are manufactured in Germany and are pre-wired at the factory.

Conveyor belt

DAMBACH chain and roller conveyors transport pallets and mesh boxes reliably and with high throughput. The modular design, frequency-controlled drives, and a decentralized control concept ensure smooth, energy-efficient operation. Payloads up to 1,500 kg, speeds up to 0.5 m/s, durable construction with many standardized parts for easy maintenance.

Hubs

DAMBACH lift tables and turntables serve as the hubs for efficient material flow. Lifting tables handle merging, crossing, and branching operations with payloads up to 1,500 kg. Turntables branch or merge the material flow, with precise rotation angles up to 270° and any number of intermediate stops. Both systems are durable, low-maintenance, and connected via a decentralized control concept.

Lift

The DAMBACH lift transports load carriers vertically between different levels; it is compact, powerful, and can be configured for virtually any material flow. Two pallets in longitudinal or transverse orientation, corner transfer units with or without orientation change, roller or chain conveyors as load-bearing elements. The self-supporting multi-column design meets the highest safety requirements and is suitable for use in deep-freeze environments down to –30 °C.

Carriage

The DAMBACH carriage enables high throughput and can be equipped with up to two load-handling devices, such as roller or chain conveyors. Power is supplied via Power Caps, a conductor rail, or a drag chain. An optional transfer unit ensures reliable transfer, even for mesh boxes.
