High throughput and maximum storage density

MULTIFLEX is DAMBACH’s proven pallet shuttle system for multi-depth storage with high throughput and maximum storage density. Three perfectly coordinated modules—CARRIER, COMPACT SHUTTLE, and the LIFT vertical conveyor—enable highly dynamic order picking of a wide variety of pallets. The system can be flexibly adapted to complex building geometries and existing warehouses. Suitable for deep-freeze temperatures down to –30 °C and scalable at a later date.

The EVOFLEX shuttle system is offered in the U.S. as an alternative to MULTIFLEX.

CARRIER

The fast way to store pallets using a shuttle system

The CARRIER transports the COMPACT SHUTTLE through the aisle and transfers it to different levels via the DAMBACH vertical conveyor. Eight wheels ensure safe transport even at high speeds. Multiple COMPACT SHUTTLES can be assigned to a single CARRIER simultaneously, guaranteeing future scalability. Whether using inductive power transfer or a conductor rail, the integrated DAMBACH control system with energy management ensures high operational reliability.

The New 2D Pallet Shuttle System

In addition to MULTIFLEX, DAMBACH offers AXIS², a fully automated 2D shuttle system designed to meet the highest standards of flexibility and system availability. It features a modular software suite and free movement in two dimensions within a single plane.
