MINI SMALL PARTS RACK FEEDER

Automated small-parts storage systems for maximum throughput

Rack-Serving Machines

for small-parts storage

DAMBACH MINI stacker cranes handle the fully automated storage and retrieval of containers, cartons, and trays in automated small-parts warehouses. Their compact design, small footprint, and proprietary load-handling attachments manufactured by DAMBACH ensure maximum throughput with optimal use of space. Loads up to 300 kg at heights up to 27 m, suitable for use in deep-freeze environments down to –30 °C, developed and manufactured in Germany.

Lightweight, highly dynamic, and precise

Depending on the requirements, either an energy-efficient aluminum design or a robust steel construction is used. Both variants feature particularly compact dimensions in both the horizontal and vertical directions. Decentralized control systems and integrated terminal boxes reduce the installation space by up to 60 percent, thereby creating more space for parking spots. DAMBACH energy recovery also lowers operating costs during routine operation.

Custom load-handling equipment for each load carrier

All load-handling attachments are developed and manufactured in-house at DAMBACH. Combination telescopic tables, carton grippers, and clamping grippers enable the reliable handling of a wide variety of load carriers. Interfaces between the stacker crane, load-handling attachments, and load carriers are customized to meet specific customer requirements.

Your Benefits

with the MINI series
