CONVEYOR SYSTEMS

Conveyor Technology and Rail-Guided Vehicles

Conveyor Systems

A storage system is only as efficient as the material flow surrounding it. DAMBACH Storage Systems offers conveyor technology for pallets, containers, and small load carriers, as well as the MONOFLEX electric floor conveyor for high-performance pre-storage areas. All systems are modular, scalable, and designed for demanding environments such as deep-freeze areas down to –30 °C.

Development and manufacturing take place entirely in Germany. The interfaces with DAMBACH’s stacker cranes and shuttle systems are coordinated from the outset.

Rail Guided Vehicle

MONOFLEX

The MONOFLEX rail-guided vehicle system transports pallets and special load carriers at a rate of up to 600 pallets per hour. Its compact design, inductive power transfer, and easy scalability make MONOFLEX the ideal solution for high-throughput staging areas in shuttle warehouses and high-bay warehouses.

FAQs

About DAMBACH Lagersysteme Conveyor Systems

Yes, all of our conveyor systems are entirely in-house developments and are based on over 50 years of experience in intralogistics. In addition, all products are manufactured at our facility in the beautiful Black Forest and are subject to the highest quality standards.

For 50 years, DAMBACH has been integrating a wide variety of conveyor components into its storage systems. Since 2013, DAMBACH has been manufacturing its own conveyor components on a large scale.

Thanks to its international focus and a global network of system integrators, DAMBACH offers all products in scalable configurations. This means that, in addition to individual mechanical components, the company can also supply complete conveyor systems equipped with PLC control and material flow management.

All conveyor components and transport vehicles were designed with a modular approach from the outset. As a result, customer-specific requirements and modifications can be easily accommodated.

Conventional conveyor systems often involve continuous conveying technology for the uninterrupted flow of materials using roller conveyors, chain conveyors, or belt conveyors. For large load carriers such as pallets, up to 300 load carriers can be transported per hour. Depending on the material flow, container conveyor technology can handle between 1,800 and 3,000 small load carriers per hour.

High-performance electric floor conveyor systems are primarily used for transporting pallets in the feed zone of automated high-bay warehouses and for connecting production lines. Throughput rates of up to 600 pallets per hour can be achieved using multiple transport vehicles.
