Conveyor Technology and Electric Floor Conveyor

Conveyor Systems

A warehouse system is only as efficient as the material flow surrounding it. DAMBACH Lagersysteme offers conveyor technology for pallets, containers, and small load carriers, as well as the MONOFLEX electric floor conveyor for high-throughput pre-staging areas. All systems are modular, scalable, and designed for demanding environments such as deep-freeze areas down to –30 °C.

Development and manufacturing take place entirely in Germany. The interfaces with DAMBACH’s stacker cranes and shuttle systems are coordinated from the outset.

Electric train

MONOFLEX

The MONOFLEX rail-guided electric floor conveyor transports pallets and special load carriers at a rate of up to 600 pallets per hour. Its compact design, inductive power transfer, and easy scalability make MONOFLEX the ideal solution for high-performance feed zones in shuttle warehouses and high-bay warehouses.

 About the Electric Floor Conveyor

Container and Small-Part Conveyor Technology

Standardized, freely combinable modules with decentralized control for the dynamic transport of containers, cartons, and trays. The DAMBACH modular system accommodates a wide variety of material flows—quick to plan and easy to maintain.

 Small-Part Conveyor Technology

Pallet Conveyor Technology

The modular DAMBACH system reliably transports pallets, mesh boxes, and half-pallets through any material flow. Straight conveyors, transfer points, vertical conveyors, and transfer cars cover all common requirements. Payloads up to 1,500 kg, low-maintenance components, and pre-wiring from the factory.

FAQs

About Conveyor Systems from DAMBACH Lagersysteme

Yes, all of our conveyor systems are developed entirely in-house and are based on over 50 years of experience in intralogistics. In addition, all products are manufactured at our facility in the beautiful Black Forest and meet the highest quality standards.

For 50 years now, DAMBACH has been integrating a wide variety of conveyor components into its storage systems. Since 2013, DAMBACH has been manufacturing its own conveyor components on a large scale.

Thanks to its international focus and a global network of system integrators, DAMBACH offers all products in scalable configurations. This means that, in addition to individual mechanical components, the company can also supply complete conveyor systems with PLC control and material flow management.

All conveyor components and transport vehicles were designed with a modular approach from the outset. As a result, customer-specific requirements and modifications can be easily accommodated.

Traditional conveying systems often involve continuous conveying technology for the continuous flow of material using roller conveyors, chain conveyors, or belt conveyors. For large load carriers such as pallets, up to 300 load carriers per hour can be transported. Depending on the material flow, container conveyor systems can handle between 1,800 and 3,000 small load carriers per hour.

High-performance electric floor conveyor systems are primarily used for transporting pallets in the feed zone of automated high-bay warehouses and for connecting production lines. Throughput rates of up to 600 pallets per hour can be achieved using multiple transport vehicles.
